WARRANTY

Your Tempore Lux watch is protected from the date of purchase by a three (3) year limited warranty.

If your watch movement proves defective in material or workmanship, under normal use, at any time during the first three (3) years, we will replace or repair your watch free of charge.

The black coating that characterizes the finish of some of our watches is obtained using the PVD technique (Physical Vapour Deposition). Although this decorative treatment is extremely resistant, normal wear and tear can deteriorate it over time. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on the watch.

Conditions and exclusions

Your Tempore Lux watch warranty does not cover batteries, straps or bracelets, crystals or scratches or other damages resulting from normal use, accidents or abuse of the watch. This warranty also does not cover any alteration, service or repair of a Tempore Lux watch performed by anyone other than Tempore Lux.

This guarantee will be validated by presenting the purchase invoice, guarantee card or proof payment.
